Responsibilities

Lead a team of 8 Account Managers across the EMEA region within our Mid-Market (MM) segment.
Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with a strong drive to learn and grow.
Foster a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coach, manage, and develop Account Managers with a focus on continuous learning and closing skill gaps.
Develop scalable processes to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team.
Proactively monitor the sales pipeline, team activity, and forecasts to adjust strategies as needed.
Report to the Head of Mid-Market and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business performance by analyzing KPIs, identifying root causes, and providing recommendations to either double down or course correct as necessary.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in building high-performing Account Management teams in high-growth, complex SaaS environments.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical abilities, with the capability to leverage data to drive growth opportunities at both the individual customer level and across broader cohorts.
Intellectual curiosity to learn the product deeply and understand the core drivers of business performance for customers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
